Fair Building/ Including Kitchen
The 5,500 sq ft fair building is the perfect venue for weddings, family reunions, Quinceaneras, non-profit events, and parties. Rates vary by season and include the following.
Gathering Hall – 3,800 sq ft room with coin-operated heater. 99 ft long by 39 feet wide is the large open space gathering room. Includes three entries and an east facing 12 ft x 8 ft garage door.
Modern Kitchen – 295 sq ft kitchen with a 6 burner gas stove and oven, griddle w/ commercial exhaust fan, movable counter space, sink and dishwashing station.
Kitchen Room –320 sq ft small room attached to the kitchen
Men and Women and ADA Restroom Facilities
35 – 8 ft long tables
150 – metal folding chairs
Maximum capacity – 249 people
Outdoor Riding Arena
The outdoor riding arena is Teton Valley’s largest public outdoor arena, It is the perfect venue for rodeos, roping, barrel racing and other horse events, lessons and clinics. It is an affordable option for exclusive rentals and includes the following:
150’ x 250’ riding arena w/ associated panels and chutes
200’ x 130’ practice arena
Grooming for your event
5 porta-potties
Bleacher seating for 1,200
Crow’s Nest w/ optional PA system
Electric Box for a cook station or see our rentable Food Trailer
Reminder: Exclusive uses require a reservation and rental fee. Exclusive private uses are those that are exclusive by nature of the use because no one else can use the arena. These uses include barrel racing clubs, roping clubs, clinics, group lessons or private lessons, etc. Please see rental rates at the top of the page.
Pavilion Indoor Arena
The riding pavilion is open year round (unless otherwise reserved) and free to the public. We do book private reservations and fees apply - click on rental rates at the top of the page for more info. These reservations will reflect in our public calendar under “Pavilion Reserved”.
Light tokens are $10 each 1 token = 2 hours of light. Sold at the Clerk’s Office in the Driggs Courthouse, Corner Drug, Fairgrounds office.
The 15,000 sq ft pavilion is Teton Valley’s largest public indoor riding facility. It is the perfect venue for horse events, ranch ropings, lessons and clinics. It is an affordable option for exclusive rentals and includes the following:
150’ x 100’ riding arena w/ associated panels and chutes
Grooming for your event
1 porta-potty
Maximum capacity w/ doors down – 50 people
Maximum capacity w/ doors up – 250 people
The Fairgrounds
Approximately 20 acres of open space on the fairgrounds are available for rent for large events including hot air balloon rallies, grass drags, ski jouring and motorsport exhibitions. Rental of the fairgrounds includes:

Use of existing porta-potties
Lewis-Parish Park & the Picnic Shelter
Lewis-Parish Park consists of 4 acres of mowed fields and a sand volleyball court. It is a perfect open area to set up an event tent or host a field day. Rental of the picnic shelter includes the following:
14 large picnic tables
1,350 sq ft covered shelter w/lights
horse stalls
We have 4 10x10 Tarter stalls and 4 panel stalls, please specify on the above rental agreement. Additional stalls can be set up with notice.
